Mona's Vegetable Khorma


I got the recipe for this Khorma from Zaiqa...This recipe has to be tried!!! Thanks Mona for posting such a great dish! Everybody here really enjoyed it :) The only change I made was to replace 1 cup of the vegetables with a cup of chicken :D This was completely unnecessary but if I didn't do this my daughter will be picking and asking "where is the chicken?"
