The only changes I made was to use turnips instead of potatoes and I simply fried them with the onions and ginger until softened.
I added the spinach mixture and as usual to my style, I added about 1/2 tsp. sugar at the end. It was sooooooo good, really easy and everybody loved it :)

Anu, I only found out about turnips a couple months ago when my mom cooked them. Ever since, I just want to eat them more and more... But I want to try this again with potatoes :)
I think substituting potatoes with turnips is a very good idea!....lots of ginger for the weather we are having!....wont mind a bit!
