Sri's Bhaji's

I told him to use some sweet potatoes along with the other veggies... They were good! He used 2 parts Besan to 1 part rice flour and added some asafoetida, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black salt, and water and mixed to a batter consistency.

Mix, mix and muck...

He likes to use his hands...

Watching the frying very intently, with his hands on his hips and that look on his face...

Taadaa! There they are, waiting to be devoured!

yumminess:))fried anything is oober yummy in my book-and those pakoras look fab- love the intent look on his face while he's watching them being fried-my husband's the same way, he gets this super intense science geek look on his face when cooking.

I always listen to Dori suggestions when it comes to cooking as i know she gets it right when it comes to food..She didnt like the fried bitter guard though-too bitter for her. Her date chutney was the best combo which made the bhaji even better :)
