Aloo Kurma & Batura

My favorite thing about food blogging is trying other bloggers recipes!!! Here are two recipes that caught my eye, and I'm glad I tried them, as they turned out so good! Pavani's Aloo Kurma (Cook's Hideout) and Valarmathi's Batura (Simple and Yummy Recipes). These two dishes went together to make some good eating!!! Thanks Pavani & Valarmathi, for posting these recipes!

They fried up nice and puffy, they were perfect!!! :)

never thought of using cookie drying racks for bhaturas. Clever concept ;)

~ Hi Sowjanya, I never liked when my bread got soggy when I stacked them, so I started doing this to keep them crispy... Thanks for stopping by :)
