I decided to take the filling for my Boca Changa's and put them inside the wrapper I use for my Samosa's. It was different but a nice change. I served it with some Cilantro chutney which was my favorite part! That was about the most of the cooking I did over my vacation :D I went out to eat too much and gained three pounds!
