Happy New Years 2010!I'm not a pasta person, but I love Alfredo.. Chicken Alfredo, Spinach Alfredo, Artichoke, Eggplant, and Shrimp Alfredo... I simply love Alfredo! Here's Betty Crocker's Version :) though I added lots of garlic!

Wow - starting the year off with Fettcine alfredo! Perfect! I would so have your pasta but with a big bunch of brocolli on top in place of the chicken! Love it!
