This is my attempt at recreating a spicy Polynesian pizza from Cottage Inn. I wanted to make it as simple as possible for a weeknight dinner so I bought a pre-made crust and topped it with a spicy barbecue sauce in place of traditional pizza sauce. I then added chopped green peppers, onions, banana peppers, cilantro, pineapple and monterey-jack cheese. It turned out great, but next time I will add some crushed red pepper to the barbecue sauce for a little more heat. 
This pizza was for Chelsea, and was her request... Simply pepperoni and banana peppers :)
