Chai

Here are some pictures of the best Chai I ever tasted! Now, when I try to make this Chai myself it never turns out as tasty as when my boyfriend makes it. I have watched him and listened to him and I still cannot make any Chai as tasty. He throws some tea leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, pepper, cloves and sugar into some water, boils it, adds some milk, heats it up, strains it...and then...IT'S SO GOOD! He says he likes to "improvise" each time he makes it, but it's basically the same thing, and always tastes good to me.

Mmmmm....my favorite Chai!!!

Love Chai anytime of the day, typically in India I used to have 3 cups in the morning and 2 in the evening, but after coming to US everything slimmed down to 1 cup of bed-tea, that means I have it without brushing my teeth :)

I love indian chai.
There are somedays when i make them. But then the other days it is fast chai. With tea leaves in a pot and hot water over it.
But i prefer the indian one.
