Salsa

Here is a really easy way to make salsa...just chop some vegies and mix together. There's so many ways to make salsa that I try a little something different each time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno
  • 2 tbs. lime juice
  • handful cilantro, chopped
Mix all ingredients...if the tomatoes are super juicy I will drain them before I mix them with the other ingredients...Enjoy!

You know, as much as I cook Mexican, I've never made my own salsa. Now I'll have to try.
